CEP135

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP135 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,554 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP135-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP34, MIR5584, and MIR4510. Each is linked with CEP135 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP135-to-partner and partner-to-CEP135 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP34 grouped by CEP135-low versus CEP135-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP135→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
