Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP135 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,919 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP135-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Centrosome cycle, and Centriole replication. Each is linked with CEP135 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP135-to-partner and partner-to-CEP135 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining grouped by CEP135-low versus CEP135-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
