CEP131

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP131 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP131-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and PCNA. Each is linked with CEP131 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP131-to-partner and partner-to-CEP131 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by CEP131-low versus CEP131-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP131→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP131) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
