CEP128

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP128 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP128-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRAG2, IL5RA, and CMAS. Each is linked with CEP128 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP128-to-partner and partner-to-CEP128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP128 versus IRAG2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP128→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
