CEP128

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP128 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,876 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP128-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF18B, FANCA, and SASS6. Each is linked with CEP128 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP128-to-partner and partner-to-CEP128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF18B grouped by CEP128-low versus CEP128-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP128→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
