CEP128

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP128 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,321 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP128-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF536, PCDH7, and KIAA1549L. Each is linked with CEP128 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP128-to-partner and partner-to-CEP128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF536 grouped by CEP128-low versus CEP128-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP128→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
