CEP126

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP126 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,675 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP126-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT22, BBS2, and WDR19. Each is linked with CEP126 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP126-to-partner and partner-to-CEP126 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP126 versus IFT22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP126→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP126) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
