CEP126

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP126 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP126-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRS, IGHD3-16, and UPF3B. Each is linked with CEP126 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP126-to-partner and partner-to-CEP126 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADPRS grouped by CEP126-low versus CEP126-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP126→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP126) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
