Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP126 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP126-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FASN, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with CEP126 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP126-to-partner and partner-to-CEP126 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CEP126-low versus CEP126-high in UCEC.
