CENPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,285 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARK7, LSM5, and MRTO4. Each is linked with CENPS in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPS-to-partner and partner-to-CENPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPS versus PARK7 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
