CENPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,274 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, LRRC47, and PGD. Each is linked with CENPS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPS-to-partner and partner-to-CENPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPS versus NUDC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
