Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 892 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB2, EDA, and TLCD3A. Each is linked with CENPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPS-to-partner and partner-to-CENPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPS versus APBB2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
