Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleobase biosynthetic process, Regulation of kinase activity, and Regulation of protein kinase activity. Each is linked with CENPS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPS-to-partner and partner-to-CENPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Purine nucleobase biosynthetic process grouped by CENPS-low versus CENPS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
