CENPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7845, MIR4692, and GML. Each is linked with CENPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPP-to-partner and partner-to-CENPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
