Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with CENPO in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPO-to-partner and partner-to-CENPO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPO versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
