Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPNP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPNP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKDC, PRPF4, and RBM15B_S609. Each is linked with CENPNP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPNP2-to-partner and partner-to-CENPNP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
