The most reproducible CENPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AURKB, CDCA8_S219, and TRIP13. Each is linked with CENPN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPN-to-partner and partner-to-CENPN results are reported.
