CENPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF8, HK3, and CCNDBP1. Each is linked with CENPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPN-to-partner and partner-to-CENPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF8 grouped by CENPN-low versus CENPN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
