Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, c-Myc, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with CENPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPN-to-partner and partner-to-CENPN results are reported.
