CENPJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,786 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-22, OIP5, and C1QBP. Each is linked with CENPJ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPJ-to-partner and partner-to-CENPJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-22 grouped by CENPJ-low versus CENPJ-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
