CENPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, SLC66A2, and NDUFAF4. Each is linked with CENPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPI-to-partner and partner-to-CENPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 grouped by CENPI-low versus CENPI-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
