CENPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRARG1, OR51I2, and KLF18. Each is linked with CENPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPI-to-partner and partner-to-CENPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRARG1 grouped by CENPI-low versus CENPI-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
