CENPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, FCGR3A, and NDUFA8. Each is linked with CENPF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPF-to-partner and partner-to-CENPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by CENPF-low versus CENPF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
