CENPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLM, TCP1, and MELK. Each is linked with CENPE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPE-to-partner and partner-to-CENPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BLM grouped by CENPE-low versus CENPE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
