CENPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,336 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are DESI1, CHIA, and S100A12. Each is linked with CENPE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPE-to-partner and partner-to-CENPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DESI1 grouped by CENPE-low versus CENPE-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
