CEMIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,974 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, CTHRC1, and TAGLN. Each is linked with CEMIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEMIP versus RCN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
