CEMIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,313 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, COL3A1, and LRRC15. Each is linked with CEMIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEMIP versus LOXL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
