CEMIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEMIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRYD7, COL9A1, and ADAM33. Each is linked with CEMIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CEMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD7 grouped by CEMIP-low versus CEMIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
