CELSR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,014 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELSR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CELSR1_S2960, CELSR1_S3009, and KRT19. Each is linked with CELSR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELSR1-to-partner and partner-to-CELSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELSR1 versus CELSR1_S2960 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
