Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELSR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,836 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, MYOF, and RNF185. Each is linked with CELSR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELSR1-to-partner and partner-to-CELSR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELSR1 versus SLAMF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
