CELSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, TMEM183A, and PSMA4. Each is linked with CELSR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELSR1-to-partner and partner-to-CELSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by CELSR1-low versus CELSR1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
