The most reproducible CELSR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration, Telencephalon glial cell migration, and Positive regulation of Notch signaling pathway. Each is linked with CELSR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELSR1-to-partner and partner-to-CELSR1 results are reported.
