CELP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP and Macrophages M2. Each is linked with CELP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELP-to-partner and partner-to-CELP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by CELP-low versus CELP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
