Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,409 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, CYTH4, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
