Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3P1, RN7SL813P, and OR51I2. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
