Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,463 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RADIL, GNG7, and PDZD4. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
