Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,698 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by CELF5-low versus CELF5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
