Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CELF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H, MYF5, and OR13C9. Each is linked with CELF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF5-to-partner and partner-to-CELF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300H grouped by CELF5-low versus CELF5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
