CELF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,355 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CERT1, GOLGA1, and PARP4. Each is linked with CELF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF4-to-partner and partner-to-CELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CELF4 versus CERT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
