CELF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD3, TYMS, and LRRC57. Each is linked with CELF4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF4-to-partner and partner-to-CELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD3 grouped by CELF4-low versus CELF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
