CELF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, GAPDH, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CELF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF4-to-partner and partner-to-CELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CELF4-low versus CELF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
