CELF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,994 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPCAT2BP, RNA5SP413, and RNA5SP423. Each is linked with CELF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELF3-to-partner and partner-to-CELF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LPCAT2BP grouped by CELF3-low versus CELF3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
