Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CELA2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CELA2B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher CELA2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CELA2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where CELA2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
