CELA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,746 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELA2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERI3, ZMYM2_S624, and ZMYM4_S1030. Each is linked with CELA2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA2B-to-partner and partner-to-CELA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
