CELA2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CELA2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CELA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, SNRPGP8, and RN7SL346P. Each is linked with CELA2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CELA2A-to-partner and partner-to-CELA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by CELA2A-low versus CELA2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CELA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CELA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
