CEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXNP1, LACTB, and VPS37A. Each is linked with CEL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEL-to-partner and partner-to-CEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FXNP1 grouped by CEL-low versus CEL-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
