CEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRNAU1AP, SOX1, and MED31. Each is linked with CEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEL-to-partner and partner-to-CEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRNAU1AP grouped by CEL-low versus CEL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
