CECR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CECR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CECR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP388, OR5H1, and USP37P1. Each is linked with CECR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR7-to-partner and partner-to-CECR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP388 grouped by CECR7-low versus CECR7-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CECR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CECR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
