Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CECR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,235 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CECR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPLD1, ABCC5, and RAMP2-AS1. Each is linked with CECR2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR2-to-partner and partner-to-CECR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CECR2 versus GPLD1 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CECR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CECR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
