CECR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CECR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,154 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CECR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CECR2_S1312, PFN1, and PSMB8. Each is linked with CECR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR2-to-partner and partner-to-CECR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CECR2 versus CECR2_S1312 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CECR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CECR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
